LEADERSHIP

Andrew J. Hupp, MAI
Managing Member

Andrew Hupp, serves as a managing member with Epic Development. Andrew’s main role at Epic is the delivery of retail projects from permitting through construction. He also shares in the responsibility of new business development, project generation and the management of key tenant relationships. For the last 25 years Andrew has focused on delivering a multitude of projects for national and international retailers throughout the southeastern United States to include Racetrac, Walgreens, Walmart, O’Reilly Auto Parts, PDQ, Wawa, Chipotle, etc. His expertise lies in retail development; however, he is well qualified in industrial, office and mixed use developments. Andrew is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers. He resides in Clearwater, Florida with his wife and three children.
